Returns and Refunds for Faulty or Damaged Products

We understand that occasionally, things can go wrong. If your lighter arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, repair, or replacement. To qualify for a return, the product must be faulty or damaged during transit. You’ll need to provide photos of the product and packaging as proof of the damage. We will cover the return shipping costs for faulty or damaged items.

How to Return an Item

To return an item, please Contact us with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to return the item to us in its original packaging (if available), and ship it back to us. The return address will be provided upon authorization.

Refund Process

Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything is in order, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method. Please note that return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.
